I believe the world needs you to be more YOU.

the YOU that you already are, that already exists right now, underneath the familial / societal conditioning and “should's" and “supposed to’s”

the YOU that is ALL OF YOU. all the parts. 

the YOU that is vibrant with aliveness, shining out the light that is solely yours. 

that is expansive and capable of holding multiple truths at the same time. capable of facing painful realities inside and outside of you. 

when my light feels dim, when I feel overwhelmed and stuck and lost and afraid,  I find the language of sky and earth extremely valuable to help me remember, to return home to a deeper intimacy and safety in myself, in my current season, and in our collective cycles.

to help me embrace the Emma-est Emma, knowing that the world needs her. 

and maybe, perhaps, it can help you to embrace the You-est YOU, too.

because we need YOU.♡
